Station: Applications Management Division
General Scope of Work:
Qualification Standards:

Education      : Master's Degree

Experience    : Four (4) years experience in Management and Supervision

Eligibility        : Career Service Professional or Second Level Eligibility

Training         : Forty (40) hours of training in Management and Supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Review current Information and Communications Technology (ICT) operations on applications development and maintenance to recommend necessary enhancements for the Commission;
  2. Plan and design ICT programs on applications development and maintenance to ensure the service availability;
  3. Develop and establish policies and procedures on applications development and maintenance to streamline the ICT operations;
  4. Oversee ICT support services on applications development and maintenance for client management to ensure service continuity;
  5. Evaluate and approve the recommended technical specifications of hardware and software tool for applications development and maintenance to ensure the quality of ICT products to be procured;
  6. Evaluate and assess the ICT operations on applications development and maintenance to attain continual service improvement; and
  7. Assist the senior management on strategy planning to ensure the attainment of organizational business goals and objectives through the help of ICT.
