Station: Performance Standards Division
General Scope of Work:
Qualification Standards:

Education      : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job

Experience    : One (1) year of relevant work experience

Eligibility        : Career Service Professional or Second Level Eligibility

Training         : Four (4) hours of relevant training

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor the implementation of standards imposed by the Commission upon the GOCCs and its directors and updating the Division and CSO of the same;
  2. Update the statuses and file the documents relevant and necessary to the division for the evaluation of the performance of the Directors of different GOCCs;
  3. Validate the attendance record of GOCC Directors encoded by the Corporate Secretaries in the Directors Attendance System (DAS);
  4. Evaluate the submitted Appraisal Forms of Directors for the processing of the Director Performance Review (DPR) results;
  5. Prepare Memoranda for the Commission on the Performance Evaluation for Directors (PED) scores of the GOCCs Governing Board;
  6. Monitor the statuses and validate the assessment results of the Corporate Governance of GOCCs pursuant to GCG MC No. 2015-07;
  7. Draft opinions/replies to requests/queries of GOCCs;
  8. Coordinate and disseminate any communication required/and conveyed by the Division; and
  9. Perform other related functions assigned by the Supervisor and the Director from time to time.
