General Scope of Work:
Qualification Standards:

Education      : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience    : One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility        : Career Service Professional or Second Level Eligibility

Training         : Four (4) hours of relevant training

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Collect and organize data that will serve as inputs in formulating, monitoring and reviewing the policies on operations and compensation standards to establish a standardized remuneration system for GOCCs;
  2. Collect data on compensation-related matters as reference in formulating, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and updating the Compensation and Position Classification System (CPCS) to establish a standardized and competitive remuneration system for GOCCs;
  3. Evaluate the CPCS adoption of the GOCCs and draft the results of the adjustments in the GOCCs’ compensation framework for the adoption of their respective CPCS;
  4. Collect data, assist in the drafting of the review/evaluation on issues regarding the grant of compensation/incentives to GOCCs in order to prevent irregular, unnecessary, excessive, extravagant and unconscionable expenditures;
  5. Evaluate and draft reply to the applications of GOCC Appointive Directors for the Performance-Based Incentive (PBI) to provide a rationalized PBI system to GOCC Board Members;
  6. Prepare draft opinion/reply letters to the GOCCs, concerned government agencies and other stakeholders on simple to semi-complex compensation related matters to clarify/establish policies governing the CPCS of GOCCs;
  7. Maintain and update database of trackers of the division to ensure that information are readily available; and
  8. Perform other related functions assigned by the Supervisor and Director from time to time.
