Two months into its new leadership, the Governance Commission for GOCCS (GCG) takes up the LBP Leasing and Finance Corporation’s (LLFC) Compensation and Position Classification System (CPCS) concerns. The Commission, led by Commissioner Geraldine Marie Berberabe-Martinez, discussed and resolved matters regarding Job Grade Assignments, the Rules on Step Increment, and the Status of Job Leveling.
