With Chairperson Alex L. Quiroz as the lead, the Governance Commission met with the Management of the Center for International TradeExpositions and Missions (CITEM) to tackle Compensation and Position Classification System (CPCS) issues. The Commission addressed concerns about the CPCS Implementation, Reorganization, and the pending Appeal on GCG-Validated CITEM Performance Scorecard Results.

Mortel and Geraldine Marie Berberabe-Martinez pose with the top management of the Poro Point Management Corporation (PPMC) after responding to queries related to the CPCS and its implementing guidelines. Other issues were tackled include the Migration of Salary Grades to Job Grades and the Compensation Review for the Board of Directors.
