GCG Responds to CPCS Matters of CITEM and PPMC
With Chairperson Alex L. Quiroz as the lead, the Governance Commission met with the Management of the Center for International TradeExpositions and Missions (CITEM) to tackle Compensation and Position Classification System (CPCS) issues. The Commission addressed concerns about the CPCS Implementation, Reorganization, and the pending Appeal on GCG-Validated CITEM Performance Scorecard Results.

Other issues were tackled include the Migration of Salary Grades to Job Grades and the Compensation Review for the Board of Directors.
