GCG Resolves CPCS Issues of DBP-LC, NHA, TRANSCO, and PPA
The Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) launched its series of dialogues with GOCCs to discuss pertinent Compensation and Position Classification System (CPCS) concerns. Barely 2 months in, the new GCG leadership has met with GOCCs to resolve pertinent Compensation and Position Classification System (CPCS) concerns. In this photo, the management of the National Housing Authority meets with GCG Chairperson Alex L. Quiroz and Commissioners Gideon D.V. Mortel and Geraldine Marie Berberabe-Martinez to discuss some CPCS issues. One of the matters discussed is the Authority’s financial capacity and sustainability to implement the CPCS. The discussion proved fruitful with the resolution and clarification of issues.
The Governance Commission hit the ground running with its series of dialogues with GOCCs. In this photo, the management of the National Transmission Corporation (TRANSCO) presents some of their CPCS concerns to GCG Chairperson Alex L. Quiroz. Some matters that were discussed included the request for approval to create the Interim Table of Organization for System Operations in Off-Grid Areas. The GCG, through Chairperson Quiroz’s leadership, sufficiently tackled TRANSCO CPCS concerns along with other matters.
Issues brought up by the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) have been deemed resolved during the discussion with the Governance Commission. In this photo, GCG Chairperson Alex L. Quiroz engages the management of the PPA to resolve and discuss clarifications on the CPCS implementation and PPA’s request for reconsideration of Job Grades.
