Vision

By 2028, the GCG shall be the leading and recognized institution for Corporate Governance in the stewardship of GOCCs in instilling accountability, economic viability, and responsiveness to the needs of public interest.

Mission

The GCG is an efficient and effective central advisory, oversight, and monitoring body with authority to formulate and implement policies in the active exercise of state’s ownership rights over GOCCs, thereby ensuring their economic viability and fiscal discipline through adherence to the highest standards of corporate governance.

Pursuant to Section 6 of Anti-Red Tape Authority Memorandum Circular (M.C.) No.2019-002 regarding the Guidelines on the Implementation of the Citizen's Charter in Compliance with Republic Act 11032, otherwise known as the "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018," and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), the GCG  revised its Citizen's Charter for External and Internal Services.

Contact Center ng Bayan Information Disseminated

Pursuant to Section 2, Rule IV of the Citizen’s Charter's Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 11032, otherwise known as "An Act Promoting Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery", all government agencies are directed to include the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) in their respective Citizen’s Charter as part of their feedback mechanism.

The CCB provides various feedback channels for public queries, complaints, appreciation or commendation, comments and suggestions, and requests for assistance relative to the delivery of government service.
